Many people suffer from bad breath also known as halitosis and it can be embarrassing. They can’t talk freely with other people because of halitosis. It almost takes away your freedom to talk. Eat raw vegetables and fruits:

Eating raw vegetables and fruits will promote the secretion of saliva, which will help to moisten the mouth and remove the food debris on the teeth and stuck between teeth. The friction from chewing raw vegetables and fruits will help to remove the food particles on the teeth.
